Planning a Low- Budget Bat Mizva Party? Here's a list of what you'll need!

There is a huge range in what can be done for a Bat

Mitzva celebration

This is a post for those of you who are planning a party on a budget, and want to make sure you don't forget the basics!

Generally budget Bat Mitzvas are still a minimum of 100 guests, between the daughters class and the parents friends. Obviously, everything is optional, and if you are really on a tight budget, a potluck party in the park with a grill and some balloons is absolutely fine! The most important thing is to work within your family budget so that the event brings joy instead of worries.

However, the standard in my neighborhood for budget events is to do the party in a synagogue hall, to dress up, and to have an activity as well as dancing.
